We are Vojkan & Kate, a photo and film duo based in Skopje, working across Europe.

Since 2010, we have been documenting weddings through photography and film with a narrative, documentary approach and a quiet cinematic touch.

We are not there to turn your wedding into a production, but to notice what is already happening — the people, the atmosphere, the movement, the relationships, and the moments that often pass quietly.

We work calmly and attentively, gently guiding when needed, so the final photography and film feel true to the experience itself — not only how the wedding looked, but how it felt to be there.

Our wedding storytelling collections typically range from €1500 to €3800, depending on the level of coverage and the structure of the wedding.

Each collection is designed around a different depth of storytelling, from single-day celebrations to multi-day wedding experiences.

How the story can be told

Every wedding story can take a different shape.

Full photo story
Carefully selected images that preserve the day from the quiet beginning to the final atmosphere of the celebration.

Wedding film
The rhythm, sound, movement, and emotional flow of the day. Usually aorund 10-20 minutes.

Highlight film
A shorter cinematic piece that brings together the energy and feeling of the wedding in a more concentrated form. Fast paced 2-4 minutes film.

Documentary edit
A documentary edit is a longer chronological film, usually 40–90 minutes, created from the same footage used for the main wedding film chronologically, including original sound from the event. Some parts may include natural variations in camera stability, focus, movement, framing, or audio quality.

Thematic edits
Thematic edits are short 30–60 second films focused on specific parts of the day, such as the preparations, ceremony, party, family moments, or other meaningful parts of the wedding.

Philosophy (and why it matters)

A wedding is not fully understood while it is happening. There is too much emotion, movement, and love in one place to notice everything as it unfolds.

That is why our work is not only about helping you remember how the day looked. It is about preserving how it felt — the quiet gestures, the reactions across the room, the hands held for a second, the moments you may have missed while living them.

Photography holds the stillness of those moments. Film keeps their movement, sound, rhythm, and energy. Together, they become a way back to the people, atmosphere, and emotions that shaped the day.

The flowers fade. The music stops. The celebration passes. But the story remains — growing more meaningful with time, and becoming part of your family history.

Can we schedule a meeting?

Of course. That is actually the best way. It allows us to answer your questions, but also to get to know each other. It is very important for us to connect and understand your vision for the wedding. If either side feels we are not the right fit, we are more than happy to recommend another studio that may better align with your ideas.

Usually, it takes around 12 weeks. Rarely longer.
If you prefer, we also offer an express delivery option, where you receive your photos and videos within 4 weeks.

Yes. We use it whenever conditions allow.

Absolutely no problem. In fact, we do not really operate with fixed rigid packages, as every couple has their own vision and needs. These three options represent the most common combinations requested by our clients.

We can always discuss your specific needs during a meeting. You may prefer only a long 10–15 minute film without short formats, or your wedding may span multiple days. We are open to shaping the coverage around your story.

In such cases, none of the delivered materials will be published, displayed, or used in any form of portfolio or promotional context.

 

All files are kept securely for internal backup and archival purposes only.

 

This level of discretion is chosen by couples who value complete privacy and wish their wedding story to remain fully personal.

Yes. For weddings with a full privacy restriction, a privacy retainer of 30% of the total agreement value applies. This covers the limitation of using the work for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes.

“Wow, this is a lot of information. Is there a possibility for a meeting?”

Of course. That is actually the best way. It allows us to answer your questions, but also to get to know each other. It is very important for us to connect and understand your vision for the wedding. If either side feels we are not the right fit, we are more than happy to recommend another studio that may better align with your ideas.

“How long does it take to receive the final materials?”

Usually, it takes around 45 working days. Rarely longer.
If you prefer, we also offer an express delivery option, where you receive your photos and videos within 20 working days.

“Do you use a drone?”

Yes. We use it whenever conditions allow.

“There are only three packages here. What if we want something special?”
